Who we are

Nexus Auditor is a product of Rad Rebel Developer. These terms cover the website (nexusauditor.com) and the application (app.nexusauditor.com). Contact: support@nexusauditor.com.

What the service does

Nexus Auditor reads the sales data and facts your firm uploads and shows, state by state, whether a client has sales tax nexus and why, with the official source pinned under every rule. It files nothing, remits nothing, registers nothing and calculates no tax.

Not tax or legal advice

Results are decision support for your firm's professional review. They are not tax or legal advice, a filed return or a legal opinion. The law data is seeded from official sources and monitored for changes; it has not been reviewed by counsel. Your firm decides what to advise and what to do.

Accounts and access

Access is invite-only during the pilot. Keep sign-in codes and links to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. In the app, a firm's workspace and client files are visible only to the people that firm invites. We access them only to run and support the service, as the privacy policy describes.

Your firm's data

Your firm keeps ownership of the client files it uploads. We use them only to provide the service to your firm, as the privacy policy describes. Your firm can export its data as CSV at any time, and we give 60 days' notice before any shutdown.

Fees

Fees are the ones in your pilot or subscription agreement. A price shown on this website is not a charge.

Acceptable use

Do not try to reach another firm's workspace, probe or overload the service, upload files you have no right to share, or present results as a filed return or a legal opinion.
